Manchester Cross Country Finals!

The rain was proper rain and the wind was nippy but that did not stop our Cross Country Team trying their very best.  The event took place at Phillip's Park in East Manchester and the very fastest boys from all the schools in Manchester had been invited.

The boys took a walk around the route to find out where the hills were and make a plan of how to pace themselves.  They organised a warm up together before the race and then they were ready.  The race was very quick and the boys covered the 2km track at a fast speed.

We were so proud watching them all cross the finish line.  

We celebrated with warm orange back at school! Well done team!
