World Mental Health Day aims to spread awareness about mental health and the importance of looking after it! The day is a chance for everybody to talk about mental health and emphasise how important it is to reach out if you’re struggling.
On Monday 9th October we will be having a school assembly to promote World Mental Health Day.
On Tuesday 10th October we are asking pupils to wear something yellow with their school uniform. This coud be a hat, hair band, socks, scarf, ribbon anything that makes them stand out as a supporter of World Mental Health day. In class the children we will be talking about mental health and taking part in activities.
